If your *cousin* had a baby, then the baby is not your cousin. Call him your nephew. He is your 2nd nephew, because the relationship with cousins is similar to that of a sister.......not aunt, so a cousin's child would be like a niece or a nephew. That's what I call all of my cousins' kids. My nieces and nephews.
