Congratulations, Kyra, on being POTD! You are so gorgeous, brilliant, precious, endearing and Heaven-sent! (We birds!) We are so happy that you have a wonderful home and loving human parent now. I have adopted many precious small pets over the decades and their previous ignorant, uncaring owners would tell me negative things about the little pets, too, and they were all FALSE. It's very simple and logical: Pets are unhappy when they are in unloving, uncaring, neglectful or abusive homes.
