I don't know why people do not keep them as pets more often, except for the obvious legality issues. They make very good pets. He is litter trained, non destructive and mild mannered. His vet even pondered the thought. Def a good pet. Easier to care for than my ferrets, cats and dog! Of course, if they were turned into pets they would need to be so from an early age.
