I don't think the goof was intentional. We've had a few issues in which we needed to consult an attorney and same story.... we'd call everyday and weeks would go by before we got a call back for updates. It's just how they work I guess. So busy, too many clients and things get backed up or worse... forgotten altogether if you don't stay on thier a$$e$.
