Well... there is a Pet Talk phrase that now causes me some confusion at work. The 'big' manager loooooves to encourage us to "think outside the box". Now that I spend so much time here at Pet Talk, I have to stop and think about just what box it is we're to be thinking outside of. It doesn't seem so positive anymore.
