ANY dog of ANY breed can become aggressive when kept outside and unsocialized. Not especially rottweilers, pit bulls and dobermans.ALSO isn't it a known fact that outdoor dogs, esp. rotties, pitties, dobbies, do NOT do well outside? they tend to be more agressive.. as in a walking time bomb...
This whole story bothers me.
The lady used to breed rottweilers but doesn't anymore. (I can think of a couple of hundred people I know that are going to be very glad to hear that!) If she knew anything about the breed, these two would be trained, socialized and would live in the house - not in the basement.
Anyone want to place bets on whether or not these dogs were neutered?
