You have to look at the label when it comes to yogurt. We shop at Kroger and eat the Kroger brand because we have found that it has what we want when it comes to nutritional value. It is low carb, low sugar, high protein. Just be careful . . . some of the yogurts with all the fruity stuff have a TON of sugar and won't do you a bit of good!Originally Posted by Toby's my baby
As far as the wraps go . . . I like to use whole wheat tortillas or the veggie/spinach tortillas and then I put spinach lettuace on them and then either tuna (I LOVE the new tuna that is flavored) . . . and then feta cheese. Wrap it up and it's GREAT!![]()





Lucky for me, I get my braces off in about a month in a half.
