Happy works for toys, praise gets her too worked up so I just toss a toy for her, should could not care less about food, try to train her with treats she will just sniff the treat and drop a toy on your feet lol
Winston and Keeva thrive on food and LOTS of praise, that's what they work for.
Tia's not a very willing to please dog at all, she knows all of her basic commands and a couple of tricks but it took forever to teach her all of that. She won't work for anything but food, even then it's hard to get her to do anything. She's more my mom's dog though so she has a hard time listening to anyone else other than my mom.

That being said, Tango and the Dobes don't need to have toys or treats involved if I'm just giving them a command that they already know but when it comes to teaching them new tricks what I said above applies.
