That looks like a cherry eye. Cincy had the same things when she was a puppy. Basically, the thrid eyelid is out of place. I have heard as long as it isn't botheringthem, it really doesn't need to be fixed. Not sure how true that is.

Cincy's went back into place with antibiotics at first, but eventually she had to have surgery. The first eye they stitched back into place and she hasn't had anther problem. When she had problems with the second eye they removed the eyelid. She now runs the risk of developing dry-eye because she has one less tear duct. So far, this has not happned, but if it des, it will mean she needs eye drops daily.
