I am in tears here at work.
That was beautiful - and sums up how I feel about Captain.

Val, you are making Duke so happy and giving him such a great home, I am sure its hard to watch him age but he could not ask for a better life.

Unfortunately we usually do outlive our animals, but that is about the only downside to how much happiness they bring us.
