The Cat food issue :)

I feed my lil furball grocery store dry food during the week, and she loves it, and i give her a small can of fancy feast on the weekend, which she loves even more
Should i be feeding her the wet canned food more often? shes not quite a year old yet, and im no expert, i want to make sure she stays healthy and kittenlike
Any suggestions, toss em this way, im new to Pet of the day and havent caught up on all the posts, so if this particular question has already been answered, please be patient with me

thanx for the info, unfortunately i cannot afford to feed my cat the top quality stuff, as she eats quite a bit, but i will look into a few of the other brands and see which have the least fillers

Yeah, we buy the big bags, i have a snap lid bucket to keep the food in.
Id be willing to try the purina, but is it good for kitty to change food brands???
I am afraid to screw up her digestion or anything like that.
She's currently regularly eating Alleycat.
Im not sure how good it is, i just remembered it was always what my stepmother bought when i was younger.
