    sister to. I bet you have a lot of fun together. I love all your pictures. Specially the one with you and Sammy

    What an adorable 31 lbs of fluffy perfection you are! All of your pics are heart melting, but that one of you tucked behind Sammy on the couch is extra so!You and your big sister make for one precious pair, and quite the dynamic duo to boot, braving the Catalina surf together! You may be on the diminutive side (well, maybe not for a CKCS), but when it comes to heart and personality you're a king among canines! What a perfect addition you are to the pack, Charlie, the perfect complement to your active, fun loving, fur loving family, and so very deserving of your Dog of the Day reign. How lucky Jenny and the rest of the family (human and furry) are, having a best friend and loving companion in you, sweetheart! Thanks for starting my day off with a huge smile, Charlie! I hope you enjoy a very happy, fun filled day, celebrating with Sammy and the kitties, being treated to all your hearts desire and more!

    charlie is adorable, but as the owner of a formally obese cocker spaniel who is now 12 years old and still frisky, try to keep his weight down for his health. Spaniels are big eaters & it is hard to say no to those big eyes. My Ringo weighed 40 pounds when he was young due to too much indulgence. It was hard to say no & listen to him cry & growl at the refridgerator but I am glad he is now svelt and handsome in his old age.

    Charlie - you certainly are a cute little butterball. You have such a sweet and loving look about you, and since I always thought Goldens had that same look, then you and Sammy are well matched. I enjoyed reading about your adventures and seeing your cute pictures. I just love the one of you and Sammy on the sofa - she didn't squish you too much - did she?? That's quite a size difference that was going on there.

    Wishing you a long and healthy and happy life with your family. Congratulations of being today's DOTD! Have fun - and maybe some treats too?
