*Kittens, we're gonna have kittens!!*

Our little girl Hannah Mae is in labor as we speak!!

Dorothy called me this morning and said she was concerned because Hannah Mae has had a discharge. She took her to the vet and they did x-rays and an ultra-sound. It seems that Hannah Mae has been in labor for the past 48 hours! The vet told Dorothy that the discharge is actually amniotic fluid, and that the ultra-sound showed she's gonna have 4 babies!!

What's REALLY weird is for the past 2 nights, I've had a recurring dream that Hannah Mae had 3 babies that I carried around in a cigar box!! Okay, okay, I had nacho chips and salsa before I went to bed. So??? :rolleyes:

I'll let ya all know the minute I hear anything!!

The Found Cats have invented a Word Grand MEOWOTHER! I just wish that my Mother was around to see The Siamese Squad. Congratulations , and we pray for the safe delivery of the Kittens!

Happy Hannah Mae gave birth to 4 healthy kittens last night between 8:55 p.m. and 2 a.m.!!

Dorothy called me last night around 8:30 telling me Hannah Mae was pushing. She SWORE that Hannah was waiting till Dorothy's husband, Brian, got home. Well, sure enough, Brian arrived just around 8:50, and by 8:55 she had her first kitten!!

So, I'm an auntie!!! Not sure of the sexes yet. Dorothy said the first two were black with white. The other two looked just like their mama. I'll probably get to see them this weekend and will try and get pictures then.

Hannah Mae is so proud looking! Of course I don't blame her! Look at the adorable little crew she gave birth to!!! I thought I wanted one of the tabby and white but then I wanted just a plain tabby, but now I want EVERY ONE of them!!!!

I would LOVE to take one. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard enough time supporting myself and the 8 cats I have now. I wouldn't be able to afford the spaying, shots, etc. Besides, Dorothy's vet said he'd help her place them.

I can't wait to see them up close and personal!! I promise to bring my camera and post pictures tomorrow!!
