Chocolate Lab puppy scratching

got a Frontline treatment 6 weeks ago
scratches under her chin & front leg until she cries
vet gave us benadryl caps but it hasn't helped
bathed with moisturizing shampoo, no better, no worse
any suggestions?

Take her back to the vet. Tell your vet that he still continues to scratch. If he doesn't do anything, or gives you the benadryl caps again, go to a different vet and see what happens.

Definately, take her to the vet. The frontline should not do this, and it would be unusual for such a young puppy to have significant allergies (not impossible, but unusual). If your vet tries to give you another anti-histamine, ask for a referral (or find one yourself) for a veterinary dermatologist.

What is she eating for food? Definitely a return trip to the vet is in order.
