Storm is a purebred Netherland Dwarf. He was born in March of 2024. His mom died when he was only a week old. He opened his eyes the next day. While she was alive, he loved to climb out of the nest box just to sit next to her. Luckily another doe of mine had babies the following morning and as she was a larger breed and loved all babies, she was willing to take Storm in with her own litter.
Storm loved his new siblings and spoiled them. I would often find him cuddling them and cleaning them. They loved him because he was fluffy and warm. There was one white girl who adored him though and whenever she could she would come up to him and lay by him. He still lives together with the two white girls but he is definitely a people rabbit. He loves to be brought in and he loves to snuggle people more than he enjoys the company of other rabbits. My sister loves him and if there is a day when she neglects to bring him in, he gets depressed. He has a 6-foot-tall hutch outside and he likes to jump up to the top of it and hangs out at the top corner of his cage like the little ninja he is.
