This
little lady was sure a product of pure chance!! We raise llamas and
two years ago made the decision not to produce any crias (babies) for a
few years. On the evening of September 11, 2000 my husband went out to
feed our herd and was totally surprised to find this gal standing in the
barn with her mom. We were shocked and pleased at the same time. We had
been missing not having at least one baby running around playing. It
goes without saying that one of our males had taken matters in his own
hoofs and changed our plans. We are very thankful he did - she is such a
cutie, and we love having her around.
