Our
bird, Kona is an angel. We have had her for about seven
months now, and can't imagine life without her. She is the most
affectionate, intelligent and sensitive pet we have ever experienced!!!
She loves to slow dance with me (her mama)... Mostly, she enjoys the
sounds of "soft rock." She also snuggles with my husband, Mike
and sleeps with him under her blanket.
Kona has brought immense joy into our lives... She can say
"Mama" and is trying to utter other words as well. Our other
bird, "Budgie" (a pearl-pied cockatiel) isn't too sure about
Kona, but has finally accepted her into the family. However, our cat,
"Ashley" finds Kona's screams too loud, and she immediately
runs under the bed. We love our pets!
