Hey.
My name is Vlad and I am three years old, or so Matilda tells me
so. I am a green iguana, even though I have a beautiful blue
iridescence in my scales. I live on the not-so-tropical island of
Manhattan. But I like to call it home. I've always considered myself
a city lizard. I'm just waiting for Matilda to build me my new house,
so my three and a half foot frame can be a little more comfortable
than my present lodgings. Currently I take refuge either in her
closet or on the stove where it's usually nice and toasty. Why am I
so special, you ask? Isn't it obvious? I'm a heck of a good-lookin'
lizard, if I do say so myself. I do have competition, though.
Matilda's got this gentleman caller named Kevin. That's alright. I
just poop on his pillow when he's not there. My favorite food?
Watermelon.
