Here
is a picture of my very first foal born out of my very first
horse. Her registered name is Ahlitazod, but her nickname is Ally.
She is a purebred Arabian filly out of Ahllure & Epizod. She is a
miracle baby. So many bad things happened to her mom during pregnancy
that at one point we thought we might lose her. Well, as you can see,
lucky for me she is here today and so is her mom! I love them dearly.
Ally is spoiled rotten, which isn't too good of a thing considering
she will be anywhere from 800 to 1000 pounds. My co-workers gave me a
"foal shower" after she was born - complete with a cake,
colored baby horse shoes, gifts and lots of bags of carrots! I
received more cards in the mail and more visits from people to see
the baby than I did when my son was born!
