Copernicus
is really my roommate (David's) pet... when he told me
about having a pet rat... I thought ooooooh no! But after two
weeks with Copernicus, I fell in love with her and her crazy antics.
Copernicus is so spoiled it's truly unbelievable. She follows David
just like a little puppy... she gets first class attention. Her diet,
well that's another story. When we give her water she insist on
Ice Cubes in her water and she loves chicken (she hates
shrimp) and fresh fruit.
When I hold her and try to gave her a kiss, she puts up her paw to
block my kiss (I guess she telling me not now). Copernicus' favorite
hiding spot is the top shelf of my walk-in closet, ooooh yes, she has
full run of the regular bedroom and the Master bedroom. Although she
may not have any special ability, she's our whole life. From a person
never having a pet... having Copernicus has really changed my
life...
