My
stepson Dan bought Kitty from some children in the neighborhood when
Kitty was a kitten. He purchased Kitty for two dollars... so we always laugh
that Kitty is a two dollar cat. Then a few days after they sold Kitty to Dan,
these same children came back and wanted their cat back and to give Dan
back his two dollars...!! Dan was small then, and slammed the door in their
face saying "A deal is a deal - no way do you get Kitty back!!"
Kitty is the kindest, most gentle cat you could ever meet. He is huge
and hates dogs... (he was attacked by 6 dogs when he was small, almost died).
He purrs constantly and you can hear him from a mile away, he sounds like a lawn
mower. Kitty figures it is his duty to look after the area surrounding our house
and is always patroling. A real watch cat.
