Best Dog Breed

What is the best dog breed for kids who has allergies? I'll be giving it to my niece as a gift, she really loves dogs.

Dogs with hair - not fur that sheds - can be less allergy-provoking. But it also depends dog to dog, what she prefers - Standard or any size Poodles for example, or a Bichon Frisé are some examples. They need regular grooming and haircuts, but can work! If you Google non-shedding breeds, that will give you a starting point. No breed is truly hypoallergenic, despite what some unscru[ulous people will claim.
