Toby is, indeed, a gorgeous dog and sounds like a dream.
I noted that Toby and you are in Bellevue. I'm in Brier, just eight blocks over the county line from Lake Forest Park in Snohomish County. Our Teddy was the Dog of the Day on Valentine's Day last year.
I hope you get your Corgi-Pomeranian mix in DOTD because I'd love to see what that mix looks like.
