How many people have mixed breeds? There is no difference in them other than what they look like. They are all from the same family. So, how many people have mixed breeds?

I have what we would call the common "alley cat". or Domestic short/domestic long hairs. When it comes to cats (v.s dogs, that is) I've always liked these best.

All of my cats are of the Heinz 57 breed. :D

Bosun looks like a half-pint Maine Coon.

Tiger and Otis are both siamese mix. However , Tiger is more "Siamese" than her tabby mix. She is more aggressive and much more "snoopy" than the other cats, especially when it comes to her frustration and/or anger at me.:D

Sally is a full Tabby, at least that is what our vet said. Snowball was probably a Mynx though I am not sure.

Kylie is a barn cat so she must be mixed!!
The vet thinks she has some Maine Coon in her tho.
From somewhere. Her momma and sister and purewhite shorthaired. And her brother (RIP Max) was a shorthaired tiger cat.

I also have mixed-breed short hair kitties. By reading breed descriptions I would say that Sid resembles an American shorthair, Jan is sort of a tuxedo version of a Russian blue, and her son Joxer looks just like a Chartreux.

Bastet is a pure bred faun abysinnian. Although I love the variation of the mixed breeds coats!

The Hienz 57 variety sounds fantastic! New breed of cat :D

mixed breeds are great, all cats are the greatest!;)
