Last week on our camping trip we hiked quite a bit on rocky terrain (up creeks & gorges). It caused Kaige's paws to become a little sore & even raw in a few spots. We've done this in the past but never a couple days in a row. I'd like to get him a pair of boots for the future but most I've seen are either ment for snow or are not that good. Don't worry though, he's fine & it doesn't even seem to phase him. I just noticed it because I check them over everyday.
Does anyone have any recommendations for boots for summer weather, hiking on both wet & dry land?
Sorry there are no pics up yet. I was only able to get about 10 pics before my batteries died (in between many rain showers) and even those didn't turn out very well at all. I'll put them up in the next few days once I get new batteries & see how they loon on the computer as opposed to on my camera. Hopefully they are clearer. ;)
