Those,are very Good Photo,and for some reason,the Found Cats drop thier toys,in the water bowl.and Chloe looks like a Lady JJJ3,the Big Guy,in my signature!

As for toys in food bowls -YES - Dylan does this all the time - so funny!!!

Actually, no. Those are kitty placemats that go under their food dishes. They are clear with a border of cat faces. In the middle they say, "It's a cat's life." We got them at Target a few years ago.

I don't know about that. It's just as likely to be a milk jug ring as it is a toy.
