Tell me this isn't so....

Just heard on the "5" news that Gov. Arnold S...
overturned the law that animal shelters must wait
6 days before euthanizing an animal,
and that shelters are no longer required to scan animals for chips.

This move should save the State approx. 14 million
dollars a year.

I rather pay the extra taxes.
