    Chewy's Tricks

I got some pictures of Chewy doing his Tricks

    "Mark"
Where I put this little Blue CD Sized piece of cardboard material on the floor. In this picture he is on a large yellow thing so you can see the mark.

    Wave Or Shake
This is Chewy waveing Where he pretty much shakes my hand but my hand isn't there. You can kinda see his paw is off the ground. (these get better I promise!)

    Head
I taught Chewy that after he lies down to put his head on teh floor like this....

    Ahh Chew
This is Me Sneezing and my darling Chewy getting me the Tissue Yes he acctaully pulls the tissues out of the box and brings them to me...

And Last But not Least Chewy Takes One Big Old Bow....

Cute. Simba knows the head and wave one and sort of like the mark one, we say "paw it" and he puts his paw on it.

I'm going to teach him the tissue one, any tips?

I just waved teh tissue in Chewy's face adn said Ahh Chew and when he bit it I praised him. Then eventually we moved on to moving the tissue in the box around and saying Ahh Chew and praising him.

If one of your other dogs is on the small side, you could do *Leap Dog*, which the other dog just stands still and Chewy would jump over him. My Tizzie - RB (who wasn't that good at tricks) could do that one. A trick my Bailey - RB used to do was Show me where the cookies are I would have a little jar with dog cookies in it and would place it on a lower shelf or table. When I asked Bailey to *show me where the cookies are* she would run over to the cookie jar and stare at it. They can pick this one up real quick. Bailey used to do Say your prayers which is putting the front paws up on the seat of a chair and then putting her head down on her paws.

Personally I think the Achew one is brilliant.
