Staci, Griffin is in my prayers. I do hope the little fellow is going to be ok.

I got an email from the friend that sent out the alert - and they are running tests on his heart and it looks fine. They changed his blood pressure medicine earlier this week so they want to keep an eye on him. They thought he might have been dehydrated but apparently not now.
I'll update as I know more - and thank you for praying for him and continuing to do so.

I got an update from the mom - here is the c/p :Originally Posted by shais_mom
On Sunday morning we had to wake Griffin up because he was sleeping in so late and when we woke him up he was sweating and just not his perky self (like he is in the morning). We thought he felt cold so Brian took his temp and it was 91.1. Brought him to ambulatory care and his condition worsened as his lips starting turning blue and his arms and legs were purple. They then flew us to Childrens in Columbus as we were worried about his heart. He started to pink up on the way to the hospital as he got warmer. They did tests on his heart and they all came back normal. They said for someone to have a low temp there are usually 1 of 2 things...cold environment or infection. He had neither one of those so we really don't why this happened. They did run a few blood tests before we left the hospital and we won't get those results for a few days. A possibility is that Griffin is growing and developing fast and maybe something in his brain didn't fire right and it just forgot to tell him to stay warm. Either way we are going to worry and watch him like a hawk. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate it.
thanks everyone
Staci

I could use some prayers for Aaron's mom. She just had her 3rd heart surgery (replaced a valve) this past Wednesday, and she's not really coming around. She's still in ICU and is barely aware of what's going on. Her left side is twitching and numb, but the doctor didn't see any evidence of a stroke.
I feel so bad with everything that's going on with me and Aaron, and I really don't want him to have to lose his mom on top of it all. She was so positive going into this surgery in hopes of feeling better. She was also expecting her first grandchild (Aaron's sister is pregnant) which she was so excited about.
Please pray that she pulls through. I'm very scared for her.![]()
Prayers Aaron's mom will turn around quickly & start feeling better.
Keeping all these requests in my prayers, I pray for the best outcomes for the good of all.
Sending prayers to anyone who may need them.
Prayers please for the family of little Laryssa, who at 10 months old finally is at peace last Monday from that brain tumour discovered just days before Christmas.
Her family is devastated, of course. Prayers for them, and for Greg our priest who has two daughters of his own and has been there for the bereaved family since Laryssa's diagnosis...it has been hard for him too.
Thank you all...

My brother's PSA levels are up and he is going to have a biopsy on his prostate on March 6th. I pray that it's not bad news. It will put my Mom over the edge......both her children with cancer and the potential that she could outlive both of us.![]()
