Dearest Delilah, what a beautiful girl you are! You are so pretty with that so-soft-looking white fur and the sweet face with the cute pink nose and those lovely big blue eyes. Thank you for sharing those gorgeous photos with us. They show your beauty and your strength so well! I wish I could reach through the screen and down to Villahermos, Tabasco, Mexico to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved person will pet you for me
.
And what a sweet story you have to tell! Your dear person found you roaming in a park about a year ago. She/he brought you home, and you liked it and decided to stay. We give great thanks to your wonderful person for rescuing you and adopting you! What a treasure you have turned out to be for him/her! You turned out to be deaf, and what a great job you did surviving alone as a deaf stray for however long that was. Now you have a wonderful home, where you are safe, warm, and loved, and always will be. In exchange, you keep the house lizard-free. You are a very brave and tough girl, and you and your dear person love each other very much, don't you. What a delightful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Delilah, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear person and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
