Hi Ally!!! Happy Dog of the Day to you, from me and all my furry ones, including Tigg'r the 3 legger! Oh, what a precious pupper you are! That photo of you cuddling with your proud daddy, that smile on your face, is heart melting! While I love all dogs, I've always been mom to big dogs, but I confess I have a huge soft spot for Chi/Chi x's...their spunk, their spirit, their courage and fearlessness! It's unconscionable, to me, that a family would chose to "dump" a helpless puppy who through no fault of her/his own, came to be physically disabled, never mind their failure to treat your injury!. But thankfully you somehow managed to find your way to a truly caring and loving forever family, one willing to take on your challenges, such as they might be, and love you unconditionally. Then again, what's NOT to love! And I'm not surprised to hear how well you're doing after your amputation, Ally! I have had the privilege of sharing my home with two 3 legged kitties, Tigg'r and Satin, and was amazed to witness just how well they adjusted to their so called "handicap!" You have be missing a leg, but it's clear you're not missing out on one minute of life, enjoying each and every day to its fullest! And like you, my kids and husband just can't get enough of "Too Cute!" (I think your mom should nominate you as a cast member! hehe) You and your family, your amazing story of survival and triumph over adversity, are truly an inspiration to us all, Ally! And I don't need to tell your family just how blessed they were the day they welcomed you into the pack! Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweet baby girl! I hope you and brother Spock, and your kitty sib, are all enjoying an extra special, fun filled Dog of the Day bash, being spoiled rotten! You sure deserve it, cutie pie! Lots of love, cuddles and kisses to you, precious ally, and to Spock too! (P.S...LOVE your photo spread!)
