    Many years ago my siblings and I had a 40th-anniversary party for our parents, inviting as many of their friends from over the years as we could get ahold of.

    And what was the dessert but Kitty Litter Cake, baked by yours truly!

    Everyone loved it! (really!).. especially Mom and Dad!

    I wish I had that cake recipe when I was still working. We were always having luncheons in our department, and this would have been a perfect dessert to spring on everyone.
