Do you pop your knuckles?

I never used to do it and I find myself constantly cracking them. Ack, I hate it though.

I really hate it when people crack their necks though. Once I saw this girl just rotating her head and it was cracking everywhere. *shudder*

Yes :X I think I started cracking them when I was in grade 8...so that would be like 6ish yrs ago :X It's a habbit now I guess. However, I find if you're writing a lot and get sore fingers that cracking them helps it a lot o_O

I never do know when I do it. I do when I'm board. I know it is bad for you but I think it feels really good.

Mmm not sure if this is what you mean, but I don't pop my knuckles...only my fingers. (and thumb) I also crack a lot of other joints but I don't want to start naming.

EWWW! NO! GROSS and uncouth, disgusting, impolite and can damage your knuckles. Why would anyone do this except to be annoying?

I only do when Ive been doing a lot of work with my hands and they get really stiff, or when I jam them bowling lol.

I don't, but hubby does sometimes and it's like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. I don't know why but it really gets under my skin

I do all the time, it's become such a habit.. just reading this thread makes my knuckles *feel* like they have to be cracked
