Ok, check this out! I'm a...

Xoloitzcuintli (Xolo).....(never heard of it!) Pronounced "Sho-low-eets-queen-tlee"

Origin is Mexico. Also known as the Mexican hairless dog. Calm and sturdy, these dogs make peaceful, noble and affectionate companions. Cheerful with the family but reserved with strangers. Xoloitzcuintli are natural vegetarians but convert to a meat diet quite easily.

I've taken this test many times and each time I come up with a different dog. This time....

    Portuguese Water Dog
A hyper, intelligent and capable animal, blessed with many natural talents and a unique style to match. It is a superlative swimmer and fisher, however it is somewhat apprehensive of strangers, probably oversensitive to it's rather unorthodox fur coat, which can be long and wavy or thick and curly.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

    American Water Spaniel
Excellent swimmer with a great sense of smell.Very affectionate and intelligent(yeah right ) with great aptitude as a family pet or for use in therapy programs using animals.Great hunting companion although can be boisterous around other animals.

Hmmm, glad that you all are coming up with more than one dog.

Being a Pomeranian somehow just didn't sit well with me. Not that I have anything against the breed, I just was hoping to be a chocolate lab, or maybe a golden retreiver.

    I will try again!
