Thunder gone downhill in health

This morning he was in my room and he was just laying there I thought nothing of it. Well since hes mixed with Sheperd he's getting hip displaysia really early. Anways he was in my room and all of a sudden I hear a big bang, it was Thunder he fell over. I thought we were going to have to rush him to emergency vet. He couldnt stand for like a minute. It was so awful watching I screamed for my mom. He's been really down in the dumps latley too he just has his head down low and always is in my room and coming over to me crying and puttting his head under my arm. My mom thinks hes going to go before Rockee who is older then him. My mom is going to make an appointment for him to go to the vet soon to see if theres anything that we can do to help ease the pain. Ugh its just so hard going through this... he's just so perfect and loving.But the past two weeks his spirit and health have just gone down hill...
