I'd love to have that recipe, Kay...if it isn't a family secret!

Just doing some beef satay kebabs, and some morroccan potatoe wedges tonight.

And here's a recipie for crab stuffed mushrooms.

    Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
    Serves : 4
    Prep. Time : 0:35
8 lrg. mushrooms - scrubbed clean
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup crab meat - drained and chopped
    olive oil - for brushing
-Remove stems from mushrooms. Set aside caps; chop stems.
-Combine all ingredients, except mushroom caps.
    -Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
-Arrange mushrooms, filling side up, in shallow baking dish.
-Brush each mushroom with olive oil.
-Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
NOTES : Can be made in advance, then reheated in oven until warm.

Does anyone else own a mushroom brush? Or even know what it is? I have one I bought years ago and love it. Just make sure that - if possible - you can get Chesapeake Bay crab meat. But, I'm lucky that way and would selfishly like to keep it for myself.

I *DID* have one and it works so well for mushrooms - just soft enough to really clean them while they are dry - but LOST it in our last move I think. I bet a gourmet shop or good cooking store would have them - think??

Oh yeah Sirrahbed.. I'm sure they have them but what do you want to bet that they are now "yuppy stuff" and cost a fortune? Silly's. I guess we can just rub shrooms off and make it work

I made grilled burritos with beans, rice, tomatos, onions, steak, cheese, and sour cream - with brown rice/tomatos & beans and cheese on the side.

    I love cooking.
