My husband and I both know what committment means, but regret the fact (or at least I do ) that we didn't get to experience the first time together.

Geez primabella, we have a lot of the same fears!!
    Scary,huh??

I too, am deathly afraid to fly. I hate hate hate it. I can't stand the feeling when the plain goes up and comes down, and the whole experience frightens me.

I need to have covers on as well, no matter what the temperature.

I'm not scared of flying in planes...........but.....I'm not very fond of it. Why? Because I get sick, air sickness, and feel *dead* the whole way. When I take motion sickness medicine before going though, I'm usually fine, but I still won't eat a bite of food in the plane or I'll get sick. He he he he. I'm ok with flying local flights in the US, because they are just 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. hours long, but it gets very exausting when flying to the other side of the world. Makes the travel 24 hours long with stops, and it makes me sick!

But as for fear....nope. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the feeling when the plane runs runs runs and then suddenly takes off, and you see the world below you, getting smaller and smaller every second. Its so neat, and something I miss when I don't travel for a few years. I also *love* landing....the view, especially when landing in a different country. SO neat! When you land in the night, the cities look SO lighted up and interesting from above.........the bridges look neat, the ocean looks.........um.............scary , the buildings look neat, and the cars especially. Take off and landing are the best, and if we go in an airline that has video games at every seat, I usually enjoy the flight too..........but I do get quite sore from sitting around for SO long. *sigh* I don't enjoy it as much as many, but I'm not afraid. Not at all. I just *hate* getting sick. Ugh.

Oh and I absolutely CANNOT fall asleep without my covers either. In the summer, I use a thinner blanket, but I *have to* be covered...............note, head too. My mom hates that I sleep with my head in the covers, because she said I won't get enough oxygen that way.......but what can I say. If I see shadows at night, in the dark, I get scared , so I'd rather keep my head in the covers and not see them at all. I don't use a night light anymore..........it gets annoying, but I keep my head under the covers and I don't sleep without a cover over me. I just can't. I feel so insecure that way.

I have a fear of birds, I'm still working on that but I get really scared if I get too close to them.

Sometimes if Tibby falls asleep in the living room and I'm ready to go to bed I carefully carry her to my bed because I can't sleep without her there.

Sometimes I set my alarm clock for 7 a.m. so I can watch reruns of Dawsons Creek then go back to sleep when it's over.

I once offered to cook a meal for a date and didn't know how to cook so I had a friend come to my house and make it for me.

I have no problems getting tattoos but I still cry everytime I have to get a shot.

Like Carole I also dream of winning the lotto, I daydream about it all the time and think about how many cats I would own.

When my ex and I broke up I didn't want to admit to my friends how upset I was by it so I lied and said I had to work because I didn't feel like going out or seeing any of my friends for a while.

That's all I can think of for now.

edit: I also forgot that I am obsessed with Pokemon and own 12 pokemon videos as well as lots of other pokemon toys. At one point my bedroom was decorated with pokemon (I was 19 at the time!)
    I've been Defrosted!

Thanks for the great signature Kay!

I'm like most of you, no one knows about PT in my "real" life. I'd prefer that they don't know, and I would not tell them to join.
That's because PT is the place where I'm trying to get away from my real life and the people. So whenever something's wrong, I could always post it here, and my real life friends or anyone won't know.
Another one of my "confessions"...I always sleep with both my bed covers on. Even if it is boiling hot, if I don't have both covers on me I won't sleep. I don't know why but I just can't "be comfortable" without them.
Me too!!! Its bcause I'm kind of umm....scared....if I don't have anything covering me at night

I have many other confessions, but I just can't think of them now.
and for TV shows, I watch(used to) Passions Well, I have in the summer, every summer I watch it. omg, its such a corny show, I hope I never watch it again

I'm sorry to any soap opera fans but I absolutly hate all of them! Passions...I saw one episode and it was terrible acting.

bluekat I know what you mean! I feel scared to unless I have my covers on. It can be boiling in the room, but I'll put my AC and fan on but I have to have both my covers on.

    Lol Emily

I just thought up another one but I'm not ashamed of it at all. I love the show Whose Line is it Anyway. I know some people find it ridiculous but I piss in my pants (okay not really but you know what I mean) whenever I watch it.

    Here goes:

I let Bull eat off my fork!

Dustin will eat his cereal around Isis's head in his bowl

I have room darkening shades in my room so I can sleep at night. It has to be completely dark.

I sleep with a fan pointing at me all year long.

I nap on the couch sitting up so Bull can stretch out.

I have the vet's office on speed dail on my cell

I can't stand to leave Bull and Isis home alone for any length of time. Either my parents or Dustin's parents babysit.

I get up every morning at 8 to watch Charmed reruns and I have to be at home at 5 pm for the same reason (or I tape them)

I threatened to stop watching Survivor if they kicked Rupert off last Thurs. (10/23)

I have to sleep butt - to - butt with Bull

I can't believe I'm about to say this one...

I can't go to sleep without my blankie. I've had it since I was 3 years old. If I don't have it with me when I'm in bed, it takes me forever to get to sleep..my mom calls it my "safety blanket".

    A joke

Since we've been roaming here and there on the sex/marriage subject I thought I'd share the joke I just read:

Two old men are in a bar discussing how kids today have sex at such a young age.

"I didn't sleep with my wife before we got married," says one. "Did you?"

"I'm not sure," the other replies. "What was her maiden name?"

    I confess to:

Driving with the AC blasting then opening up the windows for "fresh air!"

In the Winter, I crank up the heat in the house, but insist on having the windows open, especially when I sleep!

It's SO hard for me to fall asleep without the TV on or the radio playing quietly in the background. Laying there in total silence, all the saddness, worries, fears of the day play over and over in my head! (Beware, this is possible grounds for divorce, I hear!)

When I go out for the day, I always leave Animal Planet on for the girls...don't want them to be bored!

I confess to being a political/news junkie and a perpertual "student." I love going back to school to learn something new! Next possible career moves...biblical archaelogy, Egyptology or astronomy!

I let Star and Cody eat off my fork then lick the plates clean...(what better "pre-rinse!")

If the "kids" are left alone for more than 4-5 hrs., I start to get panicky. I've cancelled more than a few day trips with friends because I can't leave them alone that long!

I can polish off a pint of ice cream at one sitting...no problem!

I have an obsession with water...baths, showers, hot tubs, pools, the ocean, rivers, lakes, rain, the garden hose!!! If it's wet, I want to be in it! Something so comforting about a hot tub when I'm sick, tired, sad or cold, and there's nothing more refreshing than a cold shower in the heat of the summer or just floating aloing on a wave!

I sing to Cody and Star every night!

    Star,Tigg'r , Mollie and the10 Gallon Gang!

And my Rainbow Bridge Furangels...Jingles, Cody, Fritz, Chessa, Satin, Buddy, Lizzie, Oliver, Squeaker, Moonbeam, Rosie, Ruby~

My mom does that too! When she goes to bed she'll turn on the radio and put classical music on..she says it relaxes her.

Oh, this reminds me of another one for me. I hate - absolutely HATE getting my hands wet! I carry that sanitizer stuff with me so I don't have to wash my hands in public bathrooms. I think it's much more sanitary anyway because most of the germs you get in the bathroom are either on the faucets or on the door handle that you usually need to pull to get out. So once I'm out I use the sanitzer and I feel much better.

And this also means that I absolutely hate doing the dishes by hand - which isn't a problem at home because of the dishwasher, but in the motorhome it's awful. Wearing rubber gloves helps, but I'd still rather not deal with it at all if possible.

I don't remember when or why this started, but I know it's been around for quite a few years now. Weird, I know.

This one's sort of on the personal side I guess, but since public bathrooms were mentioned above --

I CAN'T - I mean CAN'T - sit down on any public bathroom toilettes or ones in ANYONES house other than mine.

On the otherhand -- I love getting my hands wet. I hate most lotions on my hands, because they get so greesey.

I love having really cold water or really hot water running through my hands

I'll confess to everyone on of those as well!
*Change Star & Cody to Simba & Nala though *

I HATE leaving Simba and Nala alone -- I often don't go out anywhere unless the dogs can come.

Same for me! I hate getting my hands wet, but mostly because they get so dry afterwards. After I get out of the shower I have to apply lotion, and put on socks and sometimes even gloves to keep the moisture in.
