Fritz this morning having cereal. He is really afraid of the dish moving, after he is done ,he backs away ever so slowly.Fritz has been relying a little too much on our food lately so we are trying to cut him off of it and eat his own.We didn't give him any for supper and right after supper he went to his dish and ate it all up.Gave him his Iams biscuits for treats, then looked at me and he wanted water,he had that,he then did the same thing and wanted out.Even after all this he kept at it from the back of the chair pawing me and looking with his head tilted.I told him to go to sleep under the couch,no ,he wanted upstairs,Mom said to let him up,then he starts barking at a truck next door,he always thinks it is our driveway they are in and barks.Fritz had a quiet night with me,then he was with Mom to start,he had the cereal and toast from me, from Mom then out and back in.Fritz is keeping Mom's chair warm, she went to get her hair done.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

Fritz cooling himself off late this afternoon in the chair.I was going to carry him downstairs but when he flipped over,i decided to leave him there,he looked comfy.Earlier in the day,I had Cauliflower soup,he had some.I needed ink for the printer and a new mouse,Fritz was at the door when we got back, may have been snoozing in the bedroom.Tonight,he slept under the blanket of the little couch for an ,came out when he thought Mom got a treat,he then wanted some water ,had that ,was just sitting looking at me,he is not getting our food, only his, brought his down, hasn't touched,I think he is mad he is not getting a treat and is under the couch now.Our Pool table is going tomorrow, been here for over 39 years, was here just when Larry and Marlene started dating.

Fritz sitting this morning, waiting for Mom to give him some toast.Took his time coming down to the bedroom on his own instead of having me pick him up and carry him down.He came in as far as the mat,I didn't want to pick him in case he took off out to the table,so had Mom close the door.Mom closed it,he was trying to get out I tried to pick him up he got under the bed.I then opened the door,he came out I got him and put him on the bed and he was quiet the rest of the night beside me.He went to Mom in the living room after I got up,I was getting breakfast and he grabbed one of my slippers and took it under the table.Had his cereal and toast from me,toast from Mom and had a rest with Mom after breakfast.I had my haircut for tomorrow,it being exactly a year since Dad went to the hospital and never come home again.Had Cauliflower soup for lunch,Fritz licked the bowl, hasn't ate his own food except for dog biscuits since Thursday.Still waiting for the man to come and get the Pool table.Nice and sunny here, almost 40,hope it melts some of this snow.Having Submarine sandwiches for supper, hope Fritz eats his food then.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

Fritz cleaning out my cereal bowl this morning, waiting for toast from me and on Mom's lap after breakfast.A couple of times during the night,he was right up tight, one of which when had all fours in the air.Woke up during the night around three, had a hard time getting back to sleep, today being a year since dad went in to the hospital. It was Palm Sunday at church, had little kids waving palms and carrying them to the front of the church. The party for Larry's dad was good, lots to eat sandwiches, pickles ,chips and Chocolate and Vanilla cake around 150 people there, family and friends.Fritz was waiting for us,thought we brought food home.A little later,he is tilting his head and begging for something, had a little crust of a sandwich from mom, was looking for some from me ,didn't have mine until later where he got crust. After this ,wanted water, had that and then out,we had Vanilla cake, licked the plate, hasn't really had his food today.Just now,was tilting his head one way then the other,I asked him if he wanted a treat and that was it,he wanted his biscuits ,got him two and now sitting in the chair.

Fritz eating cereal this morning. He ate his food before bed, didn't come right away, run from me so I had to get a piece of wiener to catch and take him to my room.Fritz stayed there until 12:30 this morning then got off my bed and looked and towards me from the doorway and gave a little growl.I got up,he took off and went under the dining room table.I thought he wanted water so got that he didn't come out,so I went back to .I came back out a few minutes late,he is still there pushed the water towards him,he went further under the table so left him there.A few minutes late Mom informs me he got up on her bed with her and that's where he stayed, don't know why he did it,maybe thought it was time to keep her company. This morning,he saw me and got with Mom,he had beakfast with us,been out and now in mom's chair.

And Fritz, I love the look on your face in the photo of you sitting in mom's lap after breakfast. You look so content! Happy Saint Patrick's day, Fritz and family!

Fritz strolling on the pile of frozen snow in the gazebo late this afternoon .Fritz had to go in his,we were getting our stove looked at,wasn't heating up.The bake igniter wasn't providing enough power, needs a new one,so will hear about if they have one in stock or have to order one.We had KFC for supper with Fries and Coleslaw, not bad,Fritz had a Fries and a little Chicken, cleaned up crumbs of some Vanilla cake for dessert.Had a little play with Monkey after supper.Has had a snooze under the couch, layed down in front of his dish and wanted a drink, had that, then wanted dog biscuits and had those ,now in Mom's lap.We will see where he sleeps tonight.

Fritz curled up in Mom's chair this morning and a little later flipped over in my chair.Fritz stayed the whole night with this time and was quiet ,no getting up and wandering around. He had my cereal, had to reach way across the living room as he was too lazy to come and get the toast from me.Has had two drinks of water, both fresh, been out a couple ,got wound around the gazebo with his leash ,had to go out and get it straightened out.He spent time next to me in the chair and with Mom,was in the window when we went and got gas in van and had to get me new reading glasses, the third pair I have had,the others broke.Mom has gone with Marlene to get a picture and a verse put in the paper for Dad,freezing rain has held off so far, rain this afternoon and tomorrow, will get rid of some of this snow around here.

Fritz late Tuesday afternoon on Mom's bed waiting for her to come home from hospital gift shop, later on,on Mom's lap after being outside, where it was raining and still is now,mom wrapped him in the blanket to dry him off an this morning after breakfast he grabbed my shoe and layed his head on under the dining room table.Early Tuesday afternoon, he was in the window and a mail truck was next door,he thought it was coming here so he got down and was going to the back door to bark when he stepped on his Monkey squeaky and it made a noise and scared him ,he jumped, tail down,he went behind the couch and stayed there long after Mom came home from putting a picture in our paper for dad.He came out just past the couch and was laying there, and I was having supper, the squeaky was there and Fritz was whining so Mom told me to move the squeaky,Fritz then came over and started his routine of sitting and begging, waving paws for my supper.Fritz slept quiet again last night, had to out after I got up,then went to the chair.I got my breakfast,Mom slept to around quarter after 7.She had her breakfast,Fritz got down, thought he was hungry instead he wen under the dining room table and brought up fluid twice.he then layed there a bit, then wanted a drink, got him that,he must have been feeling better because that's when he grabbed a slipper and under the table he went.Fritz's Aunties called this morning, they are coming next Friday and staying over until Saturday.Fritz will be looking handsome as the day before he goes to the groomer, also the 1st Anniversary of Dad's passing.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

I hope this is just a one-time thing, Fritz. Maybe you ate something that didn't agree with you. I see you underneath the table with a Croc ... so I hope that means you're feeling okay, like Barry wrote. You'll be having a visit from your aunties next week. You look so comfortable resting on the flowered comforter.

Fritz on Mom's lap last night.Fritz did it again!,he got off the bed at 3 this morning and layed near the dining room, gave him a drink, had it and as i tried to pick him up,under the table he went.I left him there and went back to bed.Went back a few minutes later, still there,Mom had me see if wanted out,so I open the door,no movement so went back to bed.Sometime later he went and slept with Mom.I had a heck of a time getting back to sleep,so used to him being there, hope it doesn't become a weekly habit. He had his usual breakfast, out and in and had a drink. He was in Mom's chair when we to Good Friday service at the church ,was in the window watching us come home.He had a little raisin bun from us for lunch,is in the window again, has barked at kids going by as it is another holiday for them,a four day weekend.Having Pancakes for supper. My Niece Shannon is 31 today,Jason's daughter Lauren was 8 yesterday, they left yesterday for a week in Orlando and going to Disney World ,meeting his In-Laws down there, also going to see a buddy of his who was a best man at his wedding in 1997.Sunny up here today cold and windy 27 doesn't feel like Spring and still lots of snow around.
