Kitchen kind of closed tonight as I'm not feeling the best. I've thrown some chops on the bbq though, but I don't think Carole will eat them as she's upset that a full meal wont be forthcoming.

We haven't had dinner yet but I made myself a yummy lunch!

I took a tortilla shell, cut it into 6 or so pieces, put a big slice of tomato on each, as well as some garlic mozzerella & asiago cheese, popped em in the oven until they were toasty.

MMMMM! I also had a peach yogurt with granola crunch.

Has anyone tried Sargento's new Bistro Blend Cheeses? They are DELICIOUS!!

I'll PM you the recipe when I find it.

There is no meat in it, there are some weird things put into it, but it comes out soo good..I'm getting hungry all over again!

We are going to a friends place for dinner tonight. I have been asked to do my hot bread dip for it, so that's what I'm making this afternoon.

I have a pound of crabmeat to prepare this evening. Don't know if I have the energy to do crabcakes so just may make a crabmeat dip or casarole. We can figure it out when it's done. mmmm.. dip some hot french bread into the mix. It will probably work

I'm going to make Teriyaki Veggie Stirfry & Rice for myself, and the same but with Chicken for my dad.
