Well, I was on my way to the bar..........and stopped dead in my tracks when I spotted Marsha. Have you all seen her???

I just had to sit down and talk to her a bit. Maybe we could adopt her for Mario? We could use a good pot bellied pig..............I mean the REAL kind.........not one of us for a change

Hey, Lynne, cut it out.......OLD???.......well, I don't need the walker quite yet thanks (but we all do remember Thunder Road don't we??)

Can't hang around long.......had a meeting that was supposed to be for one hour.......but it became two...........

Tacos and Baileys?? How could I go wrong? (don't answer that).

Hi everyone, I'll be back later this afternoon.

*in her best Jan Bradey voice: MARSHA! MARSHA! MARSHA!

Yes, I think Mario would love to meet her! Will she fit in the bar?

    Be good Slick, be good.
I haven't been in soup but I've been in hot water a few times.

Just got back from Dim Sum lunch. Wake me up in a hour please.

Hey, hey, hey! Speak for yourself Gini! I don't have a clue what Thunder Road is! I think I remember Robert Mitchum....isn't he the one that did the battery commercial with the battery on his shoulder? Ok, ok, so I may not be old, but my mind is going.....don't know where it's going but it seems to be in a big hurry lately.

Slick, scritchies back to Speckles...and Max too since we can't leave anyone out. Feline Foggies is a great name! I must have skimmed over that but I went back and checked it out.

Feline Foggies, where frail, forgetful felines fadeaway. Hmmm....somehow I don't think that's a very good slogan. We need something more.....hmmm...what's the word I'm looking for....got it!....we need a slogan that is much more perky!

It's the cocktail hour here, and it's Friday afternoon and I can't wait to go home, so I'll have another nice tall swamp thang please! Make it a nice strong one too.

    I have the tape

Not only do I remember Thunder Road, I have it on video tape! It's a great movie. Robert Conrad (Wild Wild West) did the battery commercial.

David, we are all swinging by your house tonight to view Thunder Road. Sorry if we drool on your tv screen because all of us are in love with Robert Mitchum!

Thank goodness SOMEONE around here remembers the movie aside from Laurie and me

Sorry, I won't be drooling. RM doesn't do a thing for me. He's got no hair on his face. Gini, I'd rather stare at the ocean view.

Oops. Guess I'll have to look up Robert Mitchum on google to see who you're all talking about. I'm not big on knowing movie stars. They're mostly overrated anyway.

Just 1/2 an hour more and I'm otta here! How 'bout another swamp thang for the road? Sure, don't mind if I do (seeing as it's a virtual swamp thang).

Gini, I was wondering if you knew anything about guinea pigs? I understand you have 3 cats, but for some reason I thought you might be an expert on guinea pigs......

Gheeshs things move swiftly here. I'm gone a couple hours and it seems like a month.
If you come to Glacier park mid Oct you may or may not get through on the sun hiway. depends on the snow fall it is usually gated and closed off by the end of the month they get anywhere from 25 - 180 feet during the winter. ERemember it is the rocky mtns. you can go to national park web sites and see pictures of the clearing of snow from April 2003 its just about the same every year.
Thunder road I remember and it was Robert Conrad who is the battery guy.
