Welcome David - I'm sure Richard will enjoy the male company, it gets a little estrogen heavy in here sometimes.

Will someone please help me get Gini down from the rafters?

this is funny - I first heard about it on the morning radio, definately worth sharing with this gang.

Wooooo, does Moosmom know that David is a bit of a goer?

He'll be dancing with Mario after that many slushies!

    What a day:
    - mechanic can't see my car until late next week
    - Shane forgot to bring our lunch (which normally I wouldn't mind, but it's leftover pizza)
    - we were half-way into work and realised we hadn't seen Tabasco all morning. I have a sneaking suspicion he's locked in the study
    - can't concentrate in case Tabasco is in the study, so guess who's borrowed the car and is about to go home to check

Maybe I have a slushy on my return?

    .....wait a minute.....

    WHOA!!!!!

Do I see another man in our midst???????

All right!!! Now the parteeee can start. I'm getting awfully tired of dancing with the Hazmat guys.

    Welcome David.

Dylan's taking a nap so I thought I would pop in again. Can I have a hard lemonade?

Where's that monkey?! I sure have missed the little dude. I haven't been in here for months now! Oh and can I have some of those cookies too?

Hi guys! Thought I'd step in and have drink with Gini on her birthday - and on this special occasion! I'll have whatever she suggest, and while I'm waiting for that, give me a G & T please.

I'm late because I've been a board meeting.

Oh did I tell you, I bought cheddar back from England for myself and Shropshire Blue for a friend - only I forgot it someones fridge over there. I'm waiting to hear what happens when it crawls out by itself.

    Ps. I'm hungry too!

    YES!!

    Thanks, I'm enjoying my G & T immensely.

Grilled chicken sounds good, and chocolade cake too!! I'm not sure I'm familiar with cesar salad, but I love waldorf salad!

A Lime slushie Margarita, made with Jose Cuervo Gold sounds just perfect, I love that stuff!

Later, I think we should open a bottle of bubbly!

    Chicken Cesar Salad
    Marinade:
    1/4 C dijon mustard
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1 t worcestarshire sauce
    salt & pepper

    Salad Dressing:
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 t worcestershire sauce
    1 t dry mustard
    2 T lemon juice
    1 t black pepper
    1 t salt

    Also Need:
    Mixed salad greens
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix marinade ingrediants. Place chicken in a ziploc bag, pour marinade over chicken. Let sit at least 1/2 hour and up to three hours.
Grill chicken until juices run clear; timing varies with thickness of chicken. Approximately 5 - 8 minutes per side.
Wisk together salad dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Prepare salad greens, place on plates. Cut up grilled chicken, place on salad greens. Drizzle with salad dressing to taste.
    -------------------------

    A green slushie!!!

    Done!

I think we can have Mr Perignon drop in later!!

Uhmm, this slushie thing got me going ...... to bed! Do you realize the time here is nearly 1.00 AM

Thanks for the recipe - sounds yummy! By the way, as Mr. Fawlty asked, have you ever tried a Ritz salad?

I hope Mr. Perignon will be here tomorrow! Goodnight!

By the way David, as to your question in another thread about single PT'ers? I'm reminded of a quote from Mae West "Marrage is a great institution, but I'm just not ready to be institutionalized yet". Belly up to the bar mate This from a over 50 widow. Been there, done that
