Somehow, those two statements don't seem like they should be describing the Same Person.

Here's Hoping for a Speedy Recovery, Mr. M!!

But I only drove SHORT trips - (usually).

And I hardly ever used my Left Arm (when I remembered).

He is having some pain today when he doesn't take the meds on schedule so moral of the story is - take the meds when supposed to!

Glad to hear he's feeling better and even up to getting around a bit, that's really great! As for the pain meds, my SIL (she was a doctor) explained to me that the reason it's important is that you take it on time is to keep up the levels of drugs in your bloodstream for it to work properly. It's like a mobius strip....take the drugs, feels better....feels better so won't take the drugs... If Mr. M is like most guys I know....you'll have to hand it to him every time and watch him swallow!

    Hoppsbittle Tail ~

Evening Nursey popped in with a lil cup of Pills whilst I was yammering away on the cell dinger.

I to put the cup on the rolla-table.

Look from Nursey - and she reached out and turned my hand over -
and the Pills into it. ... Then picked up my water cup and offered it to me ...

    I gave a look and both the phone-hand and the pill-hand -

Not to be discouraged, she took the cell dinger OUT of that hand and inserted the water cup ...
THEN spoke into the phone: "He'll get RIGHT back to you!" and set the phone on the bed ...
    "PILLS, NOW!!"

Pills taken, she said "Thank You!" and turned to go ... with a parting *shot* of:
"That's not a CELL phone, is it?"

well today was a bit of a rough one -
I think he overdid it a bit today.
The pain came back at suppertime with a vengenence so Mom gave him his pills and he barely made it to the bed to lay down. He was asleep before he laid down and almost fell off the bed! The pain isn't as bad as last weekend - it is different but still pretty significant.
