    I don't know what the national dog of france is, but, it looks like poodle/pekingnese.....poodle face, I think. maybe shih tzu or lhasa body? tibetan spaniel, someone else said....all i can see for sure though is the poodle face. I'm probably wrong, though, I stink at guessing breeds. unless it's purebred.
