    Me too!!!

'Mornin.....errrr....afternoon everyone! Gee, is it lunch time already? Slick, what are those perky lessons, I think Terry needs some of those lately.

Corinna, so the gift shop is closing already? I know the mountains around Denver got 17" of snow the other day, are you guys getting it already too? It just seems too early to be closing for the season - what happens when Terry and I want to visit in Mid October, will the roads still be open?

I'm totally off coke now and onto Diet Rite - no sugar, no caffeine, no sodium, no nothing - what is this stuff made of.....besides Splendide that is? So I guess I'll take a White Grape Diet Rite please.

    RICHARD, I thought it was a hair-ball!

MOFF, just came back from paying my HUGE property tax bill at the county courthouse (YUK) and needed some comfort.. SO, went up to Kensington Kabob & Pizza joint and bought some ONION RINGS! Thought of you of course... boy, were they just purrfect.

Slick, "perky"? That's almost as bad as being "cute". I hate cute.

Can't believe ya'll caint remember Thunder Road. Robert Mitchum was my hero. Well, at least one of them.

Beverly Hillbillies, I think that's when I decided I wanted a BloodHound for my next dog. Of course I ended up with a bunch of BorderCollie/AussieShepard mutts... I guess I'll keep them after all.

HEY, did you know that I also have a CLOWDER at home? In yesterdays crossword puzzle the answer was "ABUNCHOFPETCATS". And JenLuckenback always has a KINDLE "AGROUPOFKITTENS". Look it up... true words

    Glad you enjoyed them!

CLOWDER? I thought that was a soup with clams in it?

(I've never heard of Thunder Road though.)

Hmmmm...have to make a mental note of that in case I run across the same crossword puzzle.

Laurie - cute is bad, but sometimes perky is worse. Especially bright and early on a Monday morning. How people can be perky on a Monday morning is waaaaaayyyy beyond me.

I just typed in "clowder" on Google and...
Clowder - (n) a group or collection of cats. ...
HA HA! Chowder is the soup with clams. Good stuff. Maybe I'll make some seafood soup for lunch for everyone. Shrimp, clams, mussels, crab meat and/or lobster meat, calimari (eww, squid for those that are squeemish can pull out the octopus)OOOOH, with some good sopping up French bread. HOO BOY... get the garlic and butter on the saute pan! We're burning sunlight pilgrims!

Hmmmm, there are some parts of my body that I wish were as "perky" as my mind...
Hi Debbie. Speckles send smoochies to you. What do you think of the name I picked out "Feline Foggies"??
Lynne - come out of my shell? What am I, a crustacean???
Hi to everyone else. I see that the Bailey's is gone so I'd better whip up another batch before Gini gets here.

    Clowder??

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I vote for the tacos! I'm about 1/2 hour away from non-cyber lunch time here.

I like the expression "a murder of crows" - who thinks of these things anyway?

What should the Thursday group be called?

These are not the droids you were looking for

You and me both Catland. It's nice to know that there are others in my same time zone. Come to think of it, am I the only Canucklehead to visit Thursdays??
Richard, I'll take my usual please. Thanks.
