I think of a Trucker's Breakfast as eggs (any style), bacon, sausage, hashbrowns and pancakes. Of course, I could never eat all that but I'm sure a long-haul trucker could. Lunch? It's only 8:40am here. Gee, I guess I'd better get dressed.....

Iffin I remember correctly a truckers breakfast definately has a plate of bisquits and creamed gravy with it. Maybe some SOS .. um.. chipped beef on toast) and some fruit of some kind. Who wants to make a fruit cup thingy? I like citrus to cut the grease
