I'm actually going to post on a Thursday thread for the first time...

Did i hear someone mention a girly drink? Ask and you shall receive....

Midori
Pineapple juice
heavy cream
Malibu or some other cononut rum (optional)
coconut milk (optional)

shake as much of above ingredients to taste with ice... serve, sit back, and enjoy! (Ps. It;s called a Scooby Snack!)

Hey everybody! I heard on the radio this morning that next week is....get this.....are you ready.....NATIONAL SPLIT PEA SOUP WEEK!!! Yes, can you believe it? I guess I know what we'll be having for lunch next Thursday.

I forgot to look for my recipe last night - sorry. I'll try and remember tonight.

I'm tired and I'm glad it's Friday. Wish I had the afternoon off too.

Guess I'll have one of those Swiss Lemonades to start the day off. Then I can dream about Switzerland all day again today.
