Carole...quesadillas are flour torillas with melted cheese (and sometimes sauce and/or meat) in them. They are really good.

I had one at TGIF one time (or was it Applebee's??) that had steak and portobello mushrooms in it. Mmmmmm.....good!!

Rabbit stew from my auntie i think, (every time mum go's away she say's if you get hungrey come down and have tea), so since she's cooking that tonight i might just do that, she an awsome cook.

As a single guy I'm cooking challenged. Usually I buy a Freshetta cheese pizza and put it in the oven. Then I would have a pepsi to go with it. Delicious!

Again thinking ahead, hummmm no money left till payday (friday) hummm whats in the store........ Nothing, no money for take out, looks like stir fry, anything and everthing in the store into a pan and walla meal for 2,lol
