My heart goes out to Tigris and I hope that everything turns out ok. I seem to always have problems with my kitties when they turn 12. Something about 12 - usually means a slew of health problems. My Sydney was diagnosed with cancer back in June of 2008. It was hands down the most stressful year of my life. The good news is, we gave her chemo treatments, and her cancer has been in remission since December of 2008. I guess for me - having hope, and this website, really helped me a whole lot. I hope that Tigirs doesn't have cancer, however, if she he does, know that there are options out there. Good luck to you and please keep us updated!![]()
Sincerely,
Kat

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Until one has loved an animal, part of their soul remains unawakened.
My Dearest Tigris,
Meowmie has explained to me how sick you have been and my little cat heart is breaking
I wish I could make you feel all better and not be sick no more. I hope Trude, you wonderful vet lady, has some good healing stuff for you and makes all the owies go away.
You are in my heart and in my mind.
Furry hugs and whisker kisses always,
From your Eve![]()

Tigris sends purrings and kisses to Eve and says he already feels better
Actually he behaves rather normal- although his little tummy is all filled with fluid that will be punctured tomorrow at the CT as well.
We watch him very closely- if he had breathing problems he would ahve to be punctured today but up to now he has no problems with breathing.
I am sorry to hear that he is filled with fluid again.
Best of luck with the CT scan.
.
Fister and I send our best wishes to Tigris for a good vet visit tomorrow. In the meantime we hope he'll be able to breath normally. It's good he's active and don't seem to be in pain.
More kisses and headbumpies to Tigris.![]()

Good wishes to Tigris for his appt tomorrow.
Kisses.
Poor Tigris went to have a CT but they didn't see much either- there is still no diagnosis.
What they did is a biopsy and they have taken samples of the colon and the liver. The colon doesn't look good- but they cannot really say what it is. It may take 4-6 days until the biopsy results come back.
Now the good news: he is awake already but still getting IV fluids. He will have to spend the night in the clinic and come home tomorrow.
I want to know what it is. I should work but instead I am on the phone and just worrying.
Aw, I know how worried you must be. If only they could talk, at least when they're sick so we could know how to help them best. We'll do our part here in Ohio, sending lots of love and hugs and prayers.![]()
Blessings,

GO RAVENS!!
Sending much love and prayers for you. I know that when any of my kitties are sick the worry just consumes me, so I understand. Oh, how we do love our babies.
Hopefully he'll be diagnosed with something soon and that it'll be treatable. Lots more prayers and positive thoughts are being sent to you and Tigris. Please take care. (((HUGS)))
