In pettalkville there is no shelter we all home them.
I've been boo'dMerlin my angel
Oh ya Simba could be gaurd dog and not let any of those mean people in who dont like animals. I was thinking about havein Pettalkville in Tennesee.... as for there is snow.. and no snow.. and since there are lots of villes in there marysville.. nashville... so pettalkville would fit right in! And me and Simba know lots of doggy friends in Tennesee theres my aunt and uncle terry's malteses, my cousins spring spaniel, my cousin's next door neighbor's dog Tri-Pod which is a beagle (he only has 3 legs... poor doggy), Oh ya my cousin has a fat cat named Amos.
That's fine with me! The more people we have, the easier it will be to train the dogs!Originally posted by *Simelly_05*:
I could help Sara and Becky with the trainning and grooming.

Tennesee would be great also. Maybe we will see Elvis!!!!
I think that Pettalkville should be in a very special valley, known only to animals and the people who love them. It would have mountains to the north side, with plenty of snow for the huskies and Saint Bernards year-round, but never be so cold that people would be uncomfortable.
On the south side of the valley, it would be very warm year-round, nicely so, so Chihuahuas and Cornish Rexes, as well as lizards and reptiles, could go outside without being too cold. Perhaps the southwest part of the valley will be desert, like Arizona, and the eastern part of the valley will have temperate climate, so people and animals who love the seasons in New England would be happy there. In the heart of the valley, it will be warm, but not muggy, sunny, but not dangerously so, and there would be a big lake for water fun for everyone. And on one side it is bordered by the ocean, so dolphins and whales can visit, and have a safe harbor.
How about that? (And Elvis can come visit when he tires of Graceland.)
Karen, I'm not bragging or anything like that but it sounds just like San Diego, California.Summer temp run about in the 70s or 80s with usually no humidity, winters are usually mild, 60s to 70s, the Ocean borders the West, the Mountains border the East (sometimes snow in the winter)and we have a few Lakes around the County. The only problem is that we have, like most places, too many cars and to much urban sprawl.
Looks like we will have to keep looking for the perfect spot.

After reading these posts, I guess I will have to volunteer my services in the Cats office of the PR department to remind everyone that CATS are the most popular pet in America! Who wants to nominate themselves PR rep for the hamsters, bunnies, turtles, parrots, etc. before these dog people get carried away and make Pettalkville Dogtalkville![]()
!
I'll take any Job at Pettalkville. Except maybe cat bathing. To dangerous. Even scooping poop would be more fun than my current job.
I hear ya, Auggie!
Although I've never been there, I would nominate Hawaii. Everyone I know who has been there didn't want to come home and said they must go back! I guess Jasper's Mom will agree with me!

Excellent! And what would Spencer's job be?![]()
Hmm...so many things I want to do. I would like to be the chef in a resturant and cook up our pets favortie treats. Peanut butter pancakes for breakfast and veggie platters for the bunnies. Maybe I can be in charge of the recreation department. I'll hand out tennis balls for all the dogs and schedule games and contests. I could write the society column: "Lovely Bella had a wonderful tea party Saturday afternoon. Invited guests were Bandit, Hannah, Tucker, and those beautiful sisters Honey and Lily...". Or how about security? I'll stand by with a bowl of water in case there are any fights
