Prayers for Killian, please

I'm so glad Dr. Ball was able to put you more at ease. We all know Killian is a fighter, and we're praying hard that he fights this episode too.
Shiloh--you are being such a good nurse to your brother--what would he do without you???

Thanks for your prayers again. They are working.

Killian seems to be getting a little better. He had a good night, sharing the couch with me in the family room. He only wanted to go out once. His legs are still weak, but he ate a little more food this morning. His eyes are not as droopy as they have been. He seems more "with us". He loves the Lactulose (a heavy syrup that I suppose tastes very sweet, it helps the "demons" in his mind (encephalopathy). Hehehehe I fooled him this morning. He hasn't had braunschweiger for a long time.....I put his pills in it and kept feeding it to him. He ate it!! I don't know if that will work the next time, though.

I am so happy. This is just the best news! Killian we loves ya honey and will keep praying real hard. I wish I could plant this on your sweet little head!


(Fingers crossed that he doesn't "catch on" about the braunsweiger!)

Oh Sue, I'm sorry to hear about Killian's setback. I hope that's all it is and he will be with you for a long while yet.
I'm glad to hear that he's doing a little better this morning, that surely gives you hope to see him looking & feeling a little more himself.

Sue, we couldn't have hoped for a better start to our day! I'm SO happy that our Killian is showing some progress! Good boy, Killi, chomping down those pillz!! Of course, a little braunschweiger never hurt!
